Memorial Lodge
Rundle's Mission Memorial Lodge sleeps 25 people in bunk beds with two shared bathroom (one men's - disabled access - and one women's - 1 shower, 2 toilets, and 3 sinks). Downstairs is the catering kitchen and dining area with a fireplace. Upstairs is a beautiful living room/games area, with a fireplace, overlooking Pigeon Lake. You may have 60 people upstairs and 60 downstairs. There are tables, chairs, dishware, cooking utensils, two large gas stoves, two fridges, and one freezer for your convenience. If you are interested in catering, please contact the booking office (780-389-2422) - we have many excellent caterers in the area. .

The Lodge rents for $23.00 per person per night (minimum of 15 guests to a maximum of 25 guests). Minimum charge of $350.00 per night.
Day use is $100.00 per 4 hours, $200.00 per 8 hours (to a maximum of 8 hours).
Minimum two-night stay on weekends and holidays during prime season.

The Houses
The two bungalow houses are located steps from the lodge. They each sleep 11 people and have a fully equipped kitchen and living room. One bedroom has 3 twin beds, one bedroom has one double bed, and three bedrooms have 2 twin beds. All rooms have a private bathroom.

The houses rent for $300.00 per night on Fridays/Saturdays/Holidays and $250.00 per night Sunday to Thursday nights (except holidays).
Daily rate is $75 per 4 hours, $150.00 per 8 hours (to a maximum of 8 hours).

RV's/Camping -there are 10 sites available with power an option. Tenting is unlimited. You must be part of a group staying in our facilities to camp on site.
RV’s (up to 28’) stay for $25.00 per night, $10.00 for hook-ups.
Tenting is $15.00 per night.
Firewood – You may bring your own firewood or purchase bundles on site for $7.00 each. There are fire-pits outside the houses and lodge.
Booking our facilities is on a first come first serve basis. Your booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit is received. We require a damage deposit to be kept on file until after your booking ($200.00 for the lodge, $100 per house).
Linen service: We now have a Linen Service for $10.00 per person. This includes 1 set twin sheets and a pillowcase, one pillow one blanket, one bath towel and one facecloth. If you are interested in this service, please e-mail info@rundlesmission.org or phone (780) 389-2422.
Hostel Program: We offer an option of hostel accommodation for individuals and families that book less than one month in advance. (Additional charge for linens). Hostel stays are $27.00 per person per night (without linen service). Family of 4 (2 children and 2 adults) is $75 per night.
Part of the rental requires your group to leave the facility neat and tidy after your rental. This assists us in keeping our rates very reasonable.
Check in time is 5:00 p.m. and check out is 2:00 p.m. Please talk to our booking clerk if these times do not suit you.
